More Than Hair & Makeup—It's One of the Best Parts of Your Wedding Morning

When people think about wedding hair and makeup, they usually picture the finished look. The curls, the lashes, the lipstick. But honestly? That's only part of it.

One of my favorite parts of being a bridal hair and makeup artist is getting to be there on one of the biggest mornings of someone's life.

The wedding morning is full of excitement. There's music playing, coffee cups everywhere, moms getting emotional, bridesmaids laughing, and someone always searching for a missing earring. It's beautifully chaotic, and I love being part of those moments.

My goal isn't just to make you look beautiful—it's to help you feel relaxed, confident, and completely yourself.

I know that every bride is different. Some want full glam, some want a soft natural glow, and some aren't even sure what they want yet. That's okay. We'll figure it out together. I always want my brides to look in the mirror and think, "This still looks like me...just a little more polished."

One thing I hear all the time is, "I was so nervous, but sitting in your chair helped me slow down." That means just as much to me as the finished hairstyle or makeup look.

I truly believe getting ready should be one of the most enjoyable parts of your wedding day. It's the beginning of all the memories you'll look back on for years to come, and I'm honored every time a bride chooses to let me be part of it.

At the end of the day, my job isn't about creating a perfect hairstyle or flawless makeup. It's about helping you feel confident enough to soak in every moment—from the first look to the last dance—without worrying about how you look.

If you're planning your wedding, I'd love to hear your vision and help create a look that feels like you. Whether that's effortless and natural, classic and timeless, or somewhere in between, we'll make sure you walk into your wedding day feeling beautiful, comfortable, and excited.

Thank you for considering me to be a small part of such an important chapter in your story. I truly can't wait to celebrate with you.

Your future wedding artist, Stephanie King.
